The objective of the training is to make you ready for your phase one assessment where you will be asked questions during a Sunday Op, do well in the assessment and you be promoted to private and become a permanent member of 16AA. Please review the following material before the session to get a rough idea of what will be taught:
  13. Can I maybe get myself into the reserves?

Phase 2 4/1 and 1/2 will INFIL via the second INFIL point across the river where the water is shallow enough to cross, then set up in the woodline north of OBJ WATERLOO in order to provide support by fire during the platoon assault. 1/1 and 1/3 will INFIL via the bridge at INFIL point one and carry out an assault on OBJ WATERLOO with support from 4/1 and 1/2. 4/4 will establish supply lines via INFIL point one as soon as friendly forces have captured the far bank. 7/0 to open an HLS for 4/4, as well as provide rotary wing CAS for 1 Plt elements during the assault.
