Op Driftwood - Part II

Fantastic, and not at all excessive post-processing! The helo taking off is golden, and I think our textures are magnificent. Be sure to catch a few more of those helicopters; they're a good 'selling point' when we promote the unit and its realistic buildup!

What are your system specs and settings in Arma because those shots look amazing mate

System specs:

Intel® Core i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67Ghz 2.67Ghz

ASUS P6TD Deluxe ATX - iX58 - LGA1366 Socket

G.Skill NQ Series F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ Tri-Channel 6 GB

EVGA GTX 260 Core 216 55nm Superclocked Edition

In-game settings:

Vis: 4000

Brightness: 1.0

Gamma:1.0

Quality pref: v. high

3D Res: 1920x1200

Texture detail: v. high

Video memory: v. high

AF: v. high

AA: normal

Terrain detail: v. high

Object detail: v. high

Shadow detail: v. high

Post process: v. high

I get a decent fps without any overclocks. Though, things can slow down at times - esspecially when ten guys decide to deploy smoke at the same time!

See it's the specs that break my balls. My PC is agonisingly close to that spec, but the difference is a big chunk of performance. Particularly on Chernarus. So near, yet so far. :(

Not too disimilar to my own, after seing those screenies i've been tweaking with settings all night lol..

Downloaded that sony vegas to give video editing a go but it seems complicated, are there any promo vids for 16aa available?

Sony Vegas is awsome. It takes a bit of getting used to though. I also have to tune down my graphics settings to capture video, or at least take my res down a few notches. Here is a vid I threw together in an evening a few weeks ago. We are working on putting together a 3-4 min promo vid at the mo, so if you'd like to volunteer to run around for the camera (or shoot/edit some footage), we could use all the help we can get!

EDIT: I still can't seem to embed vimeo videos in the forums... Any ideas guys?? Here's the code from vimeo:
