1 section: a) Secure the east side of the dam and b) protect the panzer groups advance in order to allow the panzer group to advance to Staroye.
3 Section: a) Secure the west side of the dam and b) protect the panzer groups advance in order to allow the panzer group to advance to Staroye.
Panzer Group: Destroy the NKVD headquarters.
Flight: a) Paradrop infantry into dropzone and b) Patrol red sectors, c) destroy Soviet Supply Harbour and d) if possible destroy the enemy aerodrome in order to protect ground elements.
